Bernard C.Y. Tan is a Professor in the Department of Information Systems at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He is President-Elect of the Association for Information Systems. He has served on the editorial boards of MIS Quarterly (Senior Editor), Journal of the AIS (Senior Editor), IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management (Department Editor), Management Science (Associate Editor), and Journal of Management Information Systems (Associate Editor). Dr. Tan was a winner of the NUS Outstanding Educator Award (2004) (the highest university teaching award) and the NUS Young Researcher Award (2002) (the highest university research award for faculty members below age 40). He has been a visiting scholar in the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University and the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.

Calvin is a Manager in the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore. He holds a PhD in Information Systems from the National University of Singapore and a BSc (Hon) in Computer and Management Science from the University of Warwick in UK. He was previously an Instructor with the School of Computing as well as an Adjunct Professional Staff with the Institute of Systems Sciences in the National University of Singapore. Eileen is the Director of the IT division of Chio Lim Stone Forest (CLSF). She manages 4 service areas – IT Advisory, Systems Consulting & Development, ACCPAC Care and IT Infrastructure Services – as well as oversees other IT businesses for CLSF. Her role is mainly in business development and collaboration with partners. A qualified accountant by training, Eileen is also heavily involved in IT and retail consultancy work. Her forte is in retail, followed by other industries like service, sales and distribution. Her accounting background honed her skills in evaluating business feasibility and complemented her IT work. Together with her strong interest in IT, she has a clear understanding of processes and methodologies that allows her to advise clients on IT solutions. Eileen’s list of clients ranges from international firms to local and listed companies. Prior to her appointment, she has been involved in regional project management since 2000, providing retail consultancy to a number of well-known international retailers in the region. She had also been with the Accountant-General’s Department, handling financial work, budgeting, planning and internal audit.

Paul Devadoss is currently Lecturer at the Department of Management Science, Lancaster University Management School. Shan-Ling Pan is the coordinator of the Asian IT Case Series, NUS. He is a faculty member in the Department of Information Systems, School of Computing, National University of Singapore.
